Chef, Jeff Blivens, of The Chop House, Ann Arbor, takes a moment away from his daily culinary responsibilites. Blivens has been working at the preparation of VIP menu all week, for the Grand Re-Opening of The Chop House, this Friday, February 11. The restaurant has been under a renovation for the last 2 month, closed this week for major construction.
